Senior citizens play a vital role in our society, no matter whether they belong to our family or not. It’s a matter of pride to seek the blessings of old people.
Kids planet Public School Akhnoor in collaboration with HelpAge India donates for Old Age Home Akhnoor. Kids Planet inculcates these values among the students. Every year students have an interaction programme with the people of old age home. Students spend time with them and entertain them with their talents. It has been asked to them for their requirements and accordingly the school tries its best to fulfill them.
This year school has decided to donate 10 Racks, Almirahs and Beds worth Rs 25,000/- to old age home Akhnoor. Chairperson Mr. Rohit Gupta along with Principal Mrs. Mona Gupta along with some students visited old age home Akhnoor and handed over the donated items to them.
