Five people were killed in a tragic road accident at Jammu-Pathankot National Highway near Mela Morh in Hiranagar area of district Kathua, here today.
Police informed that a Rajdhani Travels bus bearing registration No JKO2AP-6423 om the way to Jammu from Kathua collided with a truck. When the bus reached near Mela Morh in Hiranagar suddenly collided with a truck bearing registration No.RJO2GB-2605 resulting on the spot death of four people.
The dozen of passengers who were travelling the bus got critical injured as well as a motorcycle bearing registration NO JKO8F- 3248 also came in the grip of both the heavy motor vehicles and the motorcyclist also killed.
The injured have been shifted to the hospital for treatment.
