An army jawan today attained martyrdom when Pakistan Army today also violated ceasefire at Line of Control (LoC) and initiated unprovoked and indiscriminate firing of Small arms, automatics and mortars from in Sunderbani sector of Rajouri.
Official sources informed that however in the exchange of fire, Lance Naik Sam Abraham was grievously injured and later succumbed to his injuries.
Lance Naik Sam Abraham, aged 34 belonged to Village Poonakam, District Allepey of Kerala and is survived by his wife Anu Mathew and a daughter.
Lance Naik Sam Abraham was a brave and sincere soldier. The nation will always remain indebted to him for his supreme sacrifice and devotion to duty.
