BJP District Jammu organized a “Sharadhanjali” programme in the honour of its senior leader and BJP Mandal President from Jammu East, Late Professor Sham Lal Gupta who breathed his last few days back.

Kavinder Gupta, MLA Jammu East Rajesh Gupta, State Vice-President Rajni Sethi, State Secretary Sanjay Baru, District President Jammu Baldev Singh Billawaria addressed the BJP leaders and activists while paying their tributes to the departed soul.
Saroj Gupta (Wife) and Prof. Varinder Gupta (Brother) of the deceased leader were also present on the occasion.
The BJP senior leaders while addressing the leaders and the activists gathered to pay homage threw light on the life works of the noble soul. They appreciated his concerns for the social life after his retirement as Joint Director from the Government services. While recalling his life works, the senior leaders concentrated on the fact that even during his active tenure in the government job, Late Sh. Sham Gupta always remained on the forefront to help anyone in need. All the gathering also jointly prayed to the God Almighty to provide “Moksha” to the departed soul and enough strength to the family to bear the irrepairable loss.

Kuldeep Kandhari and others were among the prominent leaders present while paying tributes to the departed great soul.
