A day before Jammu Bandh leads by Bar Association of Jammu in favour of their four point demands, Chamber of Commerce and Indistries stands against the decision.
CCI president, Rakesh Gupta alongwith his executive body today announced that they will not support Jammu Bandh call of Bar and stand against this decision as the reasons given by Bar are not genuine and already settled.
It is worth mentioning that Bar alongwith civil society of Jammu have decided to call for Jammu Bandh on April 11 (Wednesday) on four points including CBI inquiry demand in Asifa rape and murder case, Nowshera district agitation, controversial minutes of meeting of Tribal Affairs Department and Rohangyas illegal settlement in Jammu.
CCI president today said that in Asifa cade they supports Crime Branch inquiry and guilty, whosoever is should be punish, in Nowshera agitation govt has sanctioned and already deputed ADCs for all desired Tehsils, the minutes of meeting of Tribal Dept is not an order and on Rohangyas issue Chamber raised voice a year back, but Bar then not supported the cause.
