Kargil, January 8: The Community Health Centre Sankoo Kargil achieved distinction after it topped 1st position for promoting cleanliness and public health care facilities in the Kayakalp award from J&K.
Block Medical officer sankoo Dr Munnawar Hussain Wazir received the prestigious kayakalp award consecutive year it was given under Kayakalp (Sawach Baharat Abiyan) by the Secretary of Health & family welfare Jammu and Kashmir Government of India. The award was given in recognition of the efforts toward excellent in promoting cleanliness, hygiene and infection toward in community Health Centre and contribution improve quality of care.
According to Dr Munnawar Hussain Wazir BMO CHC Sankoo the award is an effort to create competition against people hospital about keeping it neat and clean this year.
He further added that spread of infection could be only controlled by cleanliness and quality ofcare improvement at the same time responsibilities of team and expection will also rise.
