Taking the Asifa case seriously, Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti to request Chief Justice of J&K High Court for establishment of Fast Track Court in Kathua rape and murder case.
Sources in PDP said that Mehbooba Mufti today requesting J&K HC Chief Justice for establishment of special Fast Track Court for Kathua Rape Case.
If FTC establish in this case, it will be the first FTC in J&K and will complete trial in 90 days.
In this case also the accused cops being terminated from service.
As the CM is also chairing an important meeting of PDP legislators and leaders on the situation and discuss FTC issue in the meeting too.
