Targeting ruling BJP, group of senior Congress leaders led by senior vice-president of Pradesh Congress Committee, Sham Lal Sharma today strongly criticized the 25 elected legislators of BJP for recent issues of discrimination with Jammu.

Addressing a press conference today, Sharma, who is also former cabinet minister said that Congress will go to the people to expose the ruling BJP and also continue its protest in form of protests and agitations.

Sham also detailed the 13 points of discrimination with Jammu in last three year’s tenure of BJP-PDP regime. He said that recruitment of SPOs is the latest example, while recruitment of teachers, junior assistants, assistant professors, lecturers, consultants in health and medical education, allotment of funds by centre, allocation of funds by JK state sports council, construction of stadiums, SRO 520 of 2017 and ban on social media use for govt employees among few.

Sharma flanked by former minister Manjeet Singh, senior leader Vikram Malhotra, youth congress state president Pranav Shagotra and Shahnawaz Choudhary also demanded resignation from Speaker Kavinder Gupta and Legislative Council chairman as they participated in the coalition strategic dinner hosted by Chief Minister.
