Srinagar, February 3: Crime Branch of Jammu and Kashmir police Kashmir has registered a case under section 420 Prof G N Bhat the then Registrar, and Dr Zaki, the then Dy.
Registrar/the then Assistant Registrar (Estt) of
Sheri- Kashmir University of Agriculture and Technology, Kashmir who under a well knit criminal conspiracy by the manipulation of records have forwarded the cases of 71 daily paid Labours of SKUAST to Govt. for regularization on extraneous consideration fraudulently and dishonestly who were otherwise not eligible for the same . Even some DPLS have been found to be non-existent.
