Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) is well known for its public friendly image and it strives continuously for helping the general public contributing in their cultural development. With similar objective, CRPF had organized Football tournaments in various districts of Jammu region to give an opportunity to the youth to explore their potential. Kendriya Vidyalaya Udhampur team emerged winner of the tournament in Udhampur district and was sent for ‘Bharat Darshan’ by CRPF on 11.05.2018. During the trip, the students will get an opportunity to visit various historical and tourist places in Bhubneshwar, Puri and Cuttack. The tour is arranged by 187 Bn CRPF and was flagged off by Shri S. Sambanna, Dy Commissioner, KVS (RO) Jammu. While waiving the green flag to the tour, Shri S. Sambanna lauded the efforts of CRPF instilling a sense of confidence among the masses. Shri Somnath Maharana Second-in-Command 187 Bn CRPF alongwith other officers and men of the Unit were also present during the occasion.
