Following border firing and loss of lives and property, Chief Secretary and Director General of Police, Jammu and Kashmir today visited RS Pura area.
Official sources informed that Chief Secretary BB Vyas and DGP Dr SP Vaid today visited temporary migrant camps at bordering RS Pura belt and have an on the spot survey of the loss of lives and property.
Both the administration and police heads of the state met the border firing victims and assured them that very soon they will get the compensation.
It is worth mentioning that Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, AR Veeri already detailed in the Council that Union Government has sanctioned the amount for compensation for those who have lost property and lives in this border firing.
