Poonch, February 21:
Deputy Commissioner, Poonch Tariq Ahmad Zargar today visited forward areas in Balakote sector of Poonch and inspected the pace of progress on construction of bunkers.
During his visit the DC also inspected development works and other basic facilities being provided to border residents specially medical facilities Zargar visited zero point Kanga Gali to Danyote and interacted with locals to know their problems.
In the areas of Ramullata, Sandhote, Dhrati, Dargloon and Basoni the forward areas villages of on the edge of LOC where he interacted with scores of delegations listened their issues inspected the progress on under construction bunkers.
Meanwhile, the DDC also visited construction sites of bunkers along LoC taken up by district administration in the areas which experienced repeated ceasefire violations by Pakistan.
