Jammu, January 02: The Secretary Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Jammu, Gaurav Gupta called on Director General of Police, S.P Vaid at Police Headquarters here this afternoon after completing his run from Panjthirthi to Katra.
While expressing his gratitude, Vaid said that he feels obliged & honoured by the gesture of Gaurav Gupta dedicating his run to the martyrs of JKP and other security forces. He said that the gesture will go a long way to boost the morale of Jammu and Kashmir Police personnel and security forces.
Gupta had run 45.09 Kms from Panjthirthi to Katra successfully today morning and dedicated his run to martyrs of JK Police, Army and CAPFS.
He was accorded a warm welcome by ASP Katra, Naresh Singh, DySP Katra Vinod Sharma and office bearers of Katra Hotel Association, Virender Kesar Ashok Kumar Dogra, Vivek Sharma, and Ankur Gupta.
