J&K Legislative Assembly Speaker Kavinder Gupta today allowed discussion over the civilian killing at Shopian area of South Kashmir.
As soon as the proceedings of the Lower House began today, opposition MLAs with holding placards protest over the two youth killed in cross firing by army in Kashmir.
The opposition demanded discussion in the legislative Assembly over Shopian incident.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti stood and requested to Speaker to allow the discussion on the Shopian killings. The discussion began with adjourning the Question Hour.
