Senior most separatist leader Syed Ali Geelani has decided to quit Hurriyat Conference faction that he had founded after parting ways with the original Hurriyat Conference
In a video and press statement sent to news agency KNT on WhatsApp, Geelani has said that it has decided to distance himself from Hurriyat Conference in wake of the present condition of the Hurriyat Conference.
“In this regard, a detailed letter has been sent to Hurriyat Conference. Keeping the present state of Hurriyat Conference into view, I resigned from Hurriyat Conference,” Geelani said.
