RS Pura police traced the stolen gold ornaments worth over Rs two lakh and handed over to the real owner.
Police said that on February 8, one Vikas Verma of Ward no- 8, R S Pura reported in police station RS Pura that he was carrying 70 grams of gold ornaments worth Rs 2 lakh 22 thousand in his pocket while going to his shop in RS Pura Market for polishing of said ornaments but he lost them somewhere on way.
On this report, SHO Bishnesh Kumar put all out efforts to trace the lost ornaments. Finally, today police succeeded in tracing the person who picked the lost gold ornaments from Market road. Gold ornaments recovered from him and handed over to the owner namely Vikas Sharma in presence of prominent persons.
