Hundreds learnt Sudarshan Kriya at 6 different locations pan Jammu.
To bring inner peace, The Art of Living, for the first time, conducted Pan India Happiness Course across India including 6 locations in Jammu & Kashmir
The Art of Living founder Sri Sri Ravi Shankar‘s unique Sudarshan Kriya was taught for the first time in workshop conducted pan India in which Thousands across India from Dec 20th -25th ,2016 joined the program called the Happiness Program including 6 locations in Jammu and Kashmir with participation in hundreds.
The program was gathering of thousands of participants joining in from over 1000 locations throughout India – from Jammu to Chennai and Shillong to Bombay. A very Dedicated Team the Art of Living teachers conducted and volunteers assisted at all locations where the Happiness Program was held. Apart from the powerful breathing techniques, Yoga, Pranayama and meditation, the program also had interactive wisdom sessions that provided practical life tools to handle any difficult or stressful situation in life. The result was at the end of the program, people experienced a peaceful, stable, joyful state of mind and a sense of connection with everyone around. People from different walks of life participated and experienced a tremendous relief from ailments, emotional imbalance and physical fitness issues as well
The State of Jammu and Kashmir Art of Living teachers District Coordinator Sh Delair Singh informed that said the six-day camp was held from Dec 20th to 25th 2016 in Jammu at 6 different locations. Art of Living teachers took workshop of participants at Venues (Meditation Centres) of AOL situated at Trikuta nagar, Gandhi nagar, Trikuta Nagar Extn. , Channi Himmat, Janipura & Nagrota in jammu. Apart from pan india course over a thousand participants also travelled to the Art of Living International Centre, Banglore to learn the techniques.
