Inspector General of Police Anand Jain today assumed the office of IGP Headquarter PHQ.
Jain, who returned from Central deputation, was posted as IGP Headquarter vide government order No.346-Home of 2018 dated March 12, 2018, relieving Surinder Kumar Gupta for his posting as Director Special Security Group (SSG), looking after security of CM and VVIP and Z-Plus Category Secure persons in J&K.
