JK News Today

Srinagar, October 20 ( JKNT The Jammu and Kashmir Government has sacked 12 Government employees for   demonstratively challenging the  national sovereignty  of India during the more than 100 days of Kashmir  unrest .

These employees have been fired after their involvement was confirmed in leading the anti-India protests  and fuelling the same  as  an extension of separatists’  agenda to  raise a rebellion against the Indian sovereignty in Kashmir , which witnessed  massive protests after the killing of  Hizb-ul-Mujahadeen  commander  Burhan Wani in an  encounter in south Kashmir early July .

Quoting unnamed official sources, leading local  daily Greater Kashmir  said that the CID wing of the state police had submitted  adversarial reports against the employees  who had donned unto themselves the leaders of the anti-India protests .

Official sources confirmed to JKNT that more employees would face the similar treatment for they had plotted against the state during this  unrest and their links with anti-national forces  too came to the fore.

This may give separatists to further stoke flames of the unrest that is already on wane.

It remains to be seen as to what impact that  this action of the government would  have on rest of the employees.
