Over 11000 appear for the Jammu University Entrance Test (JUET-2018) for the PG/UG courses

JAMMU, JUNE 10:
The University of Jammu which has recently been Accredited as an ‘A+’ University by the NAAC and is the only University in the State to have been granted an Autonomous Status (Category 1) by the University Grants Commission today received an overwhelming response of the students for its Entrance Examination in which over eleven thousand candidates appeared. The JUET-2018 was held across the State including Leh and the National Capital, New Delhi.
A total of 11,956 students had got themselves registered for the Examination, out which 11426 appeared for the Entrance Test.
Special thrust had been laid by the University to ensure that the examinees were given all the time to apply, adequate time to download their Admit Cards, making available the Admission Brochure JUET-2018 in time for any detail and reference of the examinees, making available all updates on the University Website, provision of a Helpline for their benefit as well as making the necessary security arrangements for the smooth conduct of the JUET-2018.
The Answer Key of today’s exam is being uploaded on the University Websitehttps://juet.in on June 11, 2018 by afternoon and the result of the JUET is expected to be declared on June 21, 2018.
The University of Jammu had constituted teams of the Observers, the Flying Squads and the Colleges Principals to ensure a hassle free conduct of the Examination, which was got conducted by the Examination Wing of the University of Jammu in coordination with the Office of the Dean Academic Affairs.
The University of Jammu acknowledges the support of the University and the College fraternity, the Jammu and Kashmir Police, the PDD, J&K Govt., The Jammu & Kashmir Bank, the parents and the management of the affiliated Colleges and all concerned for the smooth conduct of the JUET-2018.
Needless to mention that the Jammu University Entrance Test (JUET) is a gateway for admission to the various Post Graduate and Under Graduate courses being offered by the University of Jammu in the Main Campus, Offsite Campuses and the various Affiliated Colleges offering the UG/PG Courses.
