Jammu, February 8 Former Chief Justice of Himachal Pradesh Mansoor Ahmad Mir, a native of Jammu and Kashmir, is to be appointed as the first Chairman of the Law Commission in the state cabinet meeting to be held in Jammu this afternoon.
Justice Mir’s name has been finalized by the state government to head the first ever Law Commission in the State.
The cabinet meeting will be chaired by Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti.
