The  Sanskrit Department, University of Jammu in collaboration with Millennium India Education Foundation (MIEF), New Delhi organized certificate distribution function for the participants of  Third Sharada Lipi Learning Course.  Speaking on the occasion, Prof Manoj Dhar, Vice-Chancellor, University of Jammu in presence of Prof Ved Kumari Ghai, Prof. Ram Pratab Ji, Head of Sanskrit department, Prof. Ram Bahadur, Director MIEF Dr. Uday Kakroo, Prof. Ramnika Jalali, Dr. Kriti Kant Sharma, Prof. Pratibha and Course Coordination Prof. Sushma Devi distributed certificates to the participants and also congratulated the participants for successful completion of the course. Prof Dhar exhorted that the more efforts should be undertaken to revive and propagate the ancient script. Dr. Uday Kakroo Director Millennium India Education Foundation said that the need is to learn Sharada script with utmost dedication. He also apprised the participants that all the efforts are being put to create employment in this field so that more and more students start taking this course seriously. Dr. Ramnika Jalali advised the young students to take this course seriously so that the next generation is ready to teach. Dr Kriti Kant ji also welcomed the efforts of the Sanskrit department for successfully completing the third course in line.  Prof Shohab Inayat Malik, Dean Faculty of Arts also spoke on the occasion.  Prof. Ved Kumari Ghai congratulated the department and MIEF for undertaking this cultural journey and making the efforts to teach the oldest script of the country to students. Prof. Ram Pratab also encouraged the students for taking interest in such courses. Earlier Prof Ram Bahadur, Head, Department of Sanskrit presented formal welcome address. The Coordinator of the Course Prof. Sushma Devi thanked all the guests present in the function.
