Acting swiftly on a complaint of theft at Lakhanpur area, Kathua police have arrested all the three accused after recovering the stolen items and cash worth Rs 30,000.
Giving details, Kathua police spokesperson informed that one complainant namely Rajesh Kumar son of Harbans Lal of Hatli Tehsil Kathua lodged a written complaint which reveals that on 22/23-12-2017 some unknown persons Stolen Battery-01, Jeck-01, Rod and Pana -01, Deck, Amplifier, Speaker approx Rs 20000/- , Cash and chillers approx Rs 10000/- total RS 30000/- from his Metador no. JK02T-3277. A case FIR no. 126/17 U/S 379 RPC has been registered.
During investigation Police team led by Inspr Kulbir Singh under the direct Supervision of Parul Bhardwaj Dy.SP DAR nabbed all the three persons namely Krishan Singh@ Anku S/O Jeet Singh R/O Basantpur tehsil Kathua, Harbans Lal @ Chuggi S/O Romesh Chander R/O Danna Tehsil Kathua and Anant Kumar S/O Romesh Chander R/O Danna Tehsil Kathua.
On their discloser Lakhanpur police recovered stolen property from different places.The theft case was investigated and finally led to conclusion under the supervision of Sanjay Parihar Addl SP Kathua and overall supervision of Suleman Choudhary SSP Kathua.
