Life on Sunday returned to normal after remaining crippled for six days in Kangan Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal District.Kangan shutdown against the killing of Gowher Rather at the hands of forces on tuesday.

Business and other activities resumed today and traffic was plying on all routes normally

Large number of people were seen busy in purchasing different household items from the main market.

There was no major deployment of police and paramilitary troopers in the township.

Gowher Rather from Kangan was critically injured on Monday and later succumbed to injuries while as the other youth namely Amir Hamid of Chatergul Kangan is on still ventilator in SKIMS.
