Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti has re-allocated floriculture portfolio to disaster management minister Javed Mustafa Mir.
Yesterday she had allocated this portfolio to Finance Minister Altaf Bukhari while reshuffling portfolios after the reshuffle of her ministry .
Javed was reported to be annoyed with this and had protested to the Chief Minister of the divesting of floriculture from portfolios originally allocated to her at the time of his induction into the ministry in December last year.
