Pakistan is now angling for stirring street troubles in Kashmir on the scale of the protests of 2016 scale and has instructed all the pro-Pakistan elements to do something so that India could not have peace in the Valley, according to the sources in know of the latest designs of Islamabad-Rawalpindi combine .
It is particularly disturbed over the quiet in Kashmir after the Centre banned its Jamat-i-Islami that has been spreading disaffection against India since its inception in the Valley. Although there have been some protests, including the one led by PDP president Mehbooba Mufti in south Kashmir , but Pakistani establishment is worried that nothing is happening on the scale of 2016 when the stone throwing protestors were out on streets and stoned the security forces that led to the clashes in which the people died and wounded on daily basis .
Pakistan has renewed this strategy after it faced the world-wide flak following the Pulwama terror attack on February 14 in which at least 40 CRPF jawans were killed and several others wounded . All the nations, including the United States of America and France and many Asian countries asked Pakistan to take action against the terror groups flourishing on its soil .
Notwithstanding China blocking the labeling of Jaish-e-Mohammad chief Masood Azhar whose group executed the Pulwama attack using a combination of Pakistani minds, technology and Kashmiri militants , at the United Nations Security Council , the western powers have moved to do what Beijing sought to prevent at the UNSC.
France has frozen the assets of Masood Azhar’s Jaish-e-Mohammad and Germany has moved the European Union to designate Pakistan-patronised Azhar as the global terrorist .
This has embarrassed Pakistan hugely and undercut its diplomatic standing in the world .
To hide all this, Pakistan is making all out efforts to stir the troubles in Kashmir to show that the whole unrest in Kashmir was indigenous and the world should intervene to get the issue resolved.
