Jammu, Febraury 04: An army jawan injured in Pakistani firing at Line of Control in Poonch sector of Jammu.
The PRO Northern Command, Col NN Joshi informed that Pakistan Army initiated unprovoked and indiscriminate firing of Small arms , automatics and mortars from 11:10 am in Poonch sector along the Line of Control (LOC).
Indian Army retaliated strongly and effectively. Firing is still on.
However, the injury to an army person is not confirmed by officials, but sources confirms it.
