The Pakistani Rangers started firing from Automatic weapons at Border Out Post (BOP) Abdullian in Suchetgarh sector of International Border late today evening.

According to the BSF officials “the firing from Pakistan side started with Automatic weapon but we suspect that caliber can go up.”

The Indian side is retaliating to silence the firing.

An advisory has been issued asking people to stay under hard roofs.

Earlier today Pakistan had fired at BSF patrol in Hiranagar sector critically injuring a soldier. The BSF retaliated in which it (BSF) says “one terrorist and seven Pakistani rangers have been killed.”
