The Jammu and Kashmir State Legislative Assembly has admitted the three important resolutions moved by CPI(M) MLA, Mohammad Yousuf Tarigami.
The Resolutions are:
1. Constituting of Commission of Inquiry headed by retired Supreme Court judge to probe the recent civilian killings in the valley.
2. Initiating a process of structured dialogue with all stakeholders to find out solution to the Kashmir issue.
3. Use of pellet guns by security forces to meet any law and order situation be banned.
In this connection the Assembly Secretariat has issued the communication (shown in the Picture) to the concerned.
