Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday said the party has delivered on its pre-election promise to waive farmers’ loans in Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh within 10 days of assuming charge.
The Central Bureau of Investigation on Wednesday said it has arrested 10 people in connection with the Punjab National Bank scam.
Meanwhile, a group of former bureaucrats, including former National Security Adviser Shiv Shankar Menon and former Foreign Secretary Shyam Saran, have written an open letter demanding Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Adityanath’s resignation because of his “politics of hate”, reports said.
