Hotel Ramada Jammu City Centre has added another jewel in the crown of “The City of Temples.” The first of its kind Sky Lounge Restaurant by the Pool on fifth floor in the heart of the city with LED furniture and biggest outdoor Movie Screen was launched this weekend, inaugurated by Mr. Parvez Dewan, Ex-Chairman ITDC Hotels, IAS and former Advisor to the Governor of J&K.
Master Celebrity Chef Anup Kumar was specially flown along with his team of Chef’s who over the years has catered to some famous Celebrities, Amitabh Bachchan, Bobby Deol, Annu Kapoor, Neha Kakkar, Badshah, Jackie Shroff, M.S Dhoni, Aishwarya Rai, Abhishek Bachchan, WWF Wrestler Big Show and Khali.
Amidst fire fountains couples and families enjoyed relaxing moments, relishing savoury international specialties and authentic Indian culinary creations. Delicacies prepared by Chef Anup were Jalpari kebab a prawn stuffed fish roulade, Elinilui Salad an ancient Greek Salad served with fresh Feta Cheese, Chenna Dilruba, Himachali Rara Gosht, Murg ka Sweta cooked in Jaisalmer spices and Yakhani Biryani washed down with refreshing drinks, a glass of fine wine and specially handcrafted cocktail while listening to the soothing lull of infinity pool while musicians played live serene Saxophone music under the Stars.
Sky Lounge is open on all days from 08.00 Pm till 11.00 Pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursday feature’s a la carte, on Wednesday’s Exclusive BBQ Night whereas on Friday, Saturday and Sunday features Lavish buffet spread and Chinese street dinner.
Guest of Honour Mr Parvez Dewan when asked about his experience, summed up his entire experience in beautifully crafted words “I liked the comfortable innovative colourful LED chairs and for me Wine and dine experience under the Stars at Sky Lounge is a perfect combination of amazing site, sound, aromas and delicacies all available at a single venue not to mention the breath-taking view of Bahu Fort on one side, Tawi view in the front, Trikuta Hills on the back and the infinity pool lit amidst Fire Fountains is one of a kind in Jammu.

Mr Siddhant who after his graduation in Hotel management from Switzerland had sharpened his skills in the hospitality industry at the Hyatt in Key West, Florida U.S.A.
