Srinagar, November 21 (JKNT) After two days of full day relaxation and normal life shutters were again down on Monday , while all other elements of normal life were continuing in the Valley.
Most of shops were shut but traffic was plying normally . Schools were open for examinations, the class work that has resumed on Saturday for two days was suspended again.
Separatists calendar had listed Monday as shutdown day.
