Six soldiers and their family members and three terrorists were killed in a day-long gun battle at Sunjwan army camp where terrorists had mounted an attack on Saturday.
The latest details said that five soldiers and one of their family members were among the six killed by terrorists . They have been identified as JCOs- Madan Lal Choudhary and Mohammad Ashraf Ali , Havildar Habibullah Qureshi , Naik Manzoor Ahmad and Lance Naik Mohammad Iqbal. Father of Lance Naik Mohammad Iqbal is also among those killed by terrorists .
Among the eleven injured is Lt. Col. Rohit Solanki of 6th Mahar , Major Avijit Singh of the same unit , Lance Naik Bhadhur Singh Hav. Abdul Hamid Rashid , Paramjit Kaur, a relative of JCO Madan Lal Choudhary Neha, 20, daughter of JCO Madan Choudhary, Somti Jena son of Hav. Haripoda Jena , wife of Hav. Satyendra and daughter of Hav. Satyendra, Sub. Rajinder Singh and wife of Rifleman Nazir Ahmad .
The terrorists killed have not been identified .
