The Business School, University of Jammu organized the Alumni Meet ‘VASL’ 2018. The day commenced with an interactive session with the alumni of the batch 1991-1993 who completed their 25 years and had their silver jubilee this year. Prof. Manoj Dhar, Vice Chancellor, University of Jammu, the Chief Guest on the occasion lauded the efforts of the department and appreciated Prof Alka Sharma, Director The Business School for organizing such interactive events which help in all-round development of the students.A Token of remembrance was presented to the prestigious alumni of 1991-1993 batch. The formal Alumni session in the morning was followed by an informal evening cultural event. The event was started by a dogri skit followed by a group song by the students of the Business School.
Earlier, Prof. Alka Sharma, Director, The Business School, University of Jammu presented welcomed address. Alumni meet at The Business School attended by Mr. Ajay Wali, (Vice President International Marketing), Mr. Rajeev Jain, (Entrepreneur), Mr. Neeraj Sharma, (Special Secretary to Vice Chancellor), Mr. Sanjeev Rometra, (Engineer JKPDD), Mr. Ashim Khudda, (Independent Renewable & Environment Professional from AK Renewable,) Mr. Kishore Chib, (KAS) and Mr. S.R.Sangra who gave their valuable insights on shaping the career path of the students. It was a walk down the memory lane for the silver jubilee batch. They were over whelmed to visit their alma mater and look forward for more such interactions with the students. The formal vote of thanks was presented by Dr. Amisha Gupta, Assistant Professor, The Business School, University of Jammu.
