One of the three terrorists killed in Hakoora , Anantnag , encounter on the intervening night of March 11 and 12 , was an ISIS radicalized man from Hyderabad , according to Director General of Police , S P Vaid.
In his late last night tweet , Vaid said that Toufeeq nom de guerre Manganru was an ISIS radicalized man of 26 years of age from Hyderabad .
The ISIS has firmly taken control of the militant outfits in Kashmir. Two former students of Badhshah Ghulam Shah Badshash University, including Esia Fazili, were radicalized and had joined the ISIS .
