As State Government is yet to decide for District Development Commissioner for Nowshera, Sunderbani has warned for agitation if government grants district status for Nowshera.
The protestors of Sunderbani has posted a video on social media and also addressed local media persons that they had called off their agitation after state government sanctioned two ADCs for four Tehsils of Nowshera, Sunderbani, Kalakote and Kotranka, but agitation in Nowshera continued and turned violent too.
The Sunderbani agitators said that now they have reports that government is thinking to grant district status to Nowshera having two Sub Divisions, while Sunderbani is large in population and area having three Sib-Divisions, so Sunderbani demands and deserved district status.
Sunderbani residents also warned to launch fresh agitation if any decision will be taken by government in discrimination with their Tehsil.
