Jammu , December 12:
B B Vyas , senior most advisor to Governor Satya Pal Malik , on Wednesday put in his papers to take over his new assignment as a member of the Union Public Service Commission Senior most advisor to Jammu and Kashmir Governor .
He has given his acceptance to join the UPSC as a member . He would take over his new assignment next week, sources close to him.
Vyas who has served the State in various capacities, including the Chief Secretary , Planning and Finance Secretary, was appointed as advisor to Governor on June 20 when the State came under Governor’s rule following the fall of the Government of the Mehbooba Mufti government.
