A youth today succumbed after got severely injured during clashes at Kangan area of Kashmir Valley.
The 22-years old boy who was admitted at SKIMS Soura in critical condition on Monday evening, succumbed to his injuries today. The doctors said that the youth Gowhar Ahmad Rather son of Abdul Rehman Rather was admitted on late Monday evening in SKIMS.
Locals had also alleged that the youth was hit by a bullet during clashes between protestors and security forces at Kangan.
