In strong retaliation to Pakistan’s ceasefire violations at Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir, GoC-in-C Northern Command, Lt Gen Devraj Anbu said that 192 Pak soldiers killed in one year.
Replying to the query on CFV and Indian retaliation, Gen Anbu said that 192 Pak soldiers killed in Indian retaliation at LoC. However, they have admitted 6 and 7 killings in two separate incidents, but our sources said that number is too big.
On the role of Pak army in direct planning of attacks on Indian army, The Northern Commander said, “There is direct role of Pak army in planning attacks on Indian army at LoC and inside.”
As far as number of militants waiting for infiltration at launching pads on the other side of 720 kms long LoC in J&K, Gen Anbu said that on launch pads, 185-220 terrorists in South of Pir Panjal and 190- 225 terrorists in North of Pir Panjal are active.
