Special Recruitment Rallies (OPEN RALLY) will be carried out for male and female candidates belonging to 22 districts of UTs of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh to fill up the total 1356 (Male- 1184 & Female-172) vacancies of Constable (GD) in Border Security Force (BSF) and Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) in the level- 3 (Rs. 21700-69100) in the pay matrix as per 7th Central Pay Commission plus usual admissible allowances to Central Govt. employees from time to time. In addition Ration allowance, Medical assistance, uniform allowance, free accommodation, LTC etc. is as admissible to Central Govt. employees.
The post has all India liability and selected candidates can be posted anywhere in India and even abroad. They will be governed under relevant Acts and Rules of respective Forces as well as CCS Rules. The selected candidates will be governed by the new contributory Pension Scheme, which came into effect from 01 Jan 2004.
The notification regarding Recruitment was issued by BSF Ftr Jammu in local/vernacular newspaper of Jammu. Candidates who fulfil the above physical and medical standards should personally appear at the Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) centre designated in respect of their District from 7th Nov 2019 to 14th Nov 2019 for registration of their applications. All concerned are advised to log on www.bsf.nic.in and www.bsf.gov.in, changes if any in future will be published in the media.
