Tensions erupted in Chadwal area after police canecharged protesting members of Hindu Ekta Manch and arrested its president Vijay Tagotra.
Members of Hindu Ekta Manch today took out a protest at Chadwal area on Jammu-Pathankot National Highway and attempted to block the NH, when police stopped them.
Police canecharged the activist of Hindu Ekta Manch demanding CBI probe in Hiranagar incident in which a Tribal girl was raped and murdered.
Following tensions entire Chadwal toen shutdown and hundreds of locals reach the spot at NH. Police detained Hindu Ekta Manch leaders Vijay Tagotra,Shamsher Singh,Dev Raj and Monaghan kumar.
