Srinagar, June 26:
A terrorist was killied in an encounter in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama after security forces cornered two-three terrorists in Tral forest area on Wednesday.
Forces from Army Special Operations Group of Jammu and Kashmir Police and CRPF carried out cordon and search operation early morning during which an encounter broke out with terrorists.
According to reports, an exchange of fire between terrorists and security forces is underway in the Nagbal Forest area of Tral.
Home Minister Amit Shah will be visiting the Valley later on Wednesday.
