Acting swiftly in the incident of attack on a team of journalists at Bathindi area of city outskirts, when they were covering a story on Rohangyas, police have arrested both the accused and they have been identified as local residents.
A group of Journalists was attacked by unidentified individuals in Bathindi area of Jammu today afternoon. In this regard, a Case FIR No. 77/2018 U/S 341, 323, 382, 34 RPC has been registered at police station Trikuta Nagar.
Two accused namely Mohd Ashraf and Sher Mohammad both residents of Jammu have been arrested on the basis of initial investigation. Further investigation of the case is going on.
