Jammu, January 19:
Pakistan once again opened heavy firing and shelling targetting civilian areas from RS Pura to Hiranagar Sectors.
Sources said that two civilians killed and seven others injured in this firing. The deceased belonged of Sai Khurd village of RS Pura sector, while the two are from Arnia sector.
The BSF spokesperson said that counterpart initiated heavy fire from RS Pura to Basanter River at about 6:40 am. Our troops responding appropriately.
BSF sources said that the firing has spreads from Jammu to Kathua district on IB and almost entire 198 kms long IB under fire.
Due to heavy firing and shelling from Pak side, panic gripped in the bordering areas as many mortar shells dropped in residential areas since morning.

Bachno Devi age 50 yrs W/o Jeet Raj R/o Saikhurd, Arnia killed in Border Firing in Arnia Sector (J/d of P/s Arnia) and one Sahil age 25 yrs S/o Krishan Lal R/o Kortana RS Pura also killed in Border Firing at RS Pura sector (J/d of P/s RS Pura) . Both dead bodies kept in Hospital at RS Pura. Moreover 03 civilians namely Jeet Raj age 55 yrs S/o Dharam Chand R/o Saikhurd (2) Ravi Kumar age 20 yrs S/o Jeet Raj R/o Saikhurdalso (3) Krsihan Lal age 50 yrs S/o Ujagar Singh R/o Kottana, RS Pura also injured in Border Firing .
