Jammu, June 20:
On the first day of Governor’s rule in Jammu and Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Governor on Wednesday appointed B B Vyas and Vijay Kumar, who was currently special secretary in the ministry of Home Affairs , as his advisors .
He has also ordered the appointment of B V R Subaraminiam as the Chief Secretary in place of Vyas who has been elevated to the rank of the advisor to Governor.
