18 SEP 2023: The security officials on Monday, September 18, booked three Over-Ground-Workers (OGW) associated with the Hizbul Mujahideen militant organisation under the Jammu and Kashmir Public Safety Act, 1978, in Kishtwar.
The three accused were identified as Touseef Ul Nabi, Zahoor Ul Hassan, and Reyaz Ahmed, S/O Mohd Ramzan. They were under the radar of the security officials for allegedly providing resources to Hizbul Mujahideen militants in Jammu and Kashmir.
