Jammu, November 30 Aman Mittal , Director of International Human Rights Commission , North India, during his recent visit to the holy shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi have certificate of appreciation to police personnel over there for their dedicated services.
Mittal said that he was impressed by their sense of duty and service to pilgrims who visit the shrine in thousands every day.
