Jammu : Ankur Play school Jammu and BSF primary school Jammu celebrated its annual day and prizes distribution function in their school premises on 4th Feb 2023 with great pomp and show.
The theme of the function was “Peace- a new beginning” wherein Mr DK Boora IG BSF Jammu Frontier, the chairman of school along with Guest of Honour Mrs Sunita Boora BWWA President, Jammu DIG’s, Commandents, Principal SK Shukla and Headmaster Mrs Sonia Gupta were also present during the event.
The function was declared open with the lightning of the lamp followed by Saraswati and Ganesh Vandana.
Headmaster read the Annual Report highlighting the achievements of the institution during the session 2022 -2023.
There were various programmes which involved most of the students of school. The performances were enriched with mesmerizing music, costumes, dances and yoga. The audience was bound to their seats with the performances. The Chief guest appreciated the efforts of the school and applauded their achievements.
The sports achievers and sports teacher Mr Rameshwar Singh were felicitated by the chairman of the school.
The function concluded with the National anthem by the school choir.
