Srinagar, June 16 An encounter has started between militants and joint parties of army and police in Jumagund area near Line of Control in Kupwara district on Friday morning.
This has been confirmed by J&K police in a tweet . It also said that the details were awaited.
The tweet read: an encounter has started between
terrorists and joint parties of Army & Police on a specific input of Kupwara Police in Jumagund area of LoC of #Kupwara district. Further details shall follow.”
