A fierce encounter has broken out between militants and security forces near Sopore in which a foreign militant who killed two councillors few weeks ago is trapped.
The police have confirmed the encounter and the presence of the militant.
Encounter has started at #Nathipora area of #Sopore. Police and security forces are on the job. Further details shall follow.
